As with any physical activity, there is a risk of injury associated with yoga. Upon becoming a Yoga Natyam member or using the free yoga classes available to non-members, you agree to take full responsibility for your actions within the class and shall work within your own limits. You ensure that you will not exceed your limits in the practice of yoga, and you will select the appropriate level of classes for your skills and abilities, as well as for any mental or physical conditions and/or limitations you have. You understand that instructors may suggest poses, physical adjustments, the use of equipment, or endorse health related products, and it is your sole responsibility to determine if any such suggested pose, adjustment, equipment, or product is appropriate for your level of ability and physical and mental condition. Upon becoming a Yoga Natyam member or using the free classes available to non-members, you absolve Yoga Natyam of any liability. You expressly waive and release any claim that you may have at any time for injury of any kind against Yoga Natyam, or any person or entity involved with Yoga Natyam, including without limitation its directors, principals, instructors, independent contractors, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates and representatives. 

If you have any injuries or health concerns, it is your responsibility to consult with a health care provider before practicing yoga. Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment.
